Contracts and Incentive Funding
Congratulations to the 70 Kentucky Adult Education programs that earned incentive funding based on meeting their enrollment goal and achieving at least 50 percent of their performance indicators for the 2006-07 fiscal year, criteria that have defined incentive funding for several years. These counties will share nearly $1 million in incentive funding. The incentive funding is included in the 2007-08 contracts, which were e-mailed to all programs late last week.
KYAE thanks all adult educators who contributed to the success of their students and the resulting achievement for their programs and the KYAE system. For a list of programs earning 2006-07 incentives, please click here.
The CPE Communications Office is preparing a news release to announce the awarding of incentive funding. We will notify you when this release has been distributed to your local media.
As a reminder, KYAE recently announced a new supplemental allocation, Student Success Funds, to enhance quality instruction and student outcomes. Each county’s Student Success allocation is also included in the 2007-08 contract. For more information about the funds, please click here.
