Managed Program Opportunity

KYAE is providing an application process with incentive provisions to encourage programs to design and implement a fully managed program for fiscal year 2009-10.  The following documents are attached: (1) Managed Program Application (77K DOC), (2) Appendix A: Data Analysis Examples (738K PDF) and (3) Appendix B: Definitions (411K PDF).
