Medicare Prescription Drug Plan

The President is kicking off a national outreach effort to educate seniors and Americans with disabilities about the new prescription drug benefit. Beginning January 1, 2006, prescription drug coverage will be available to all Americans with Medicare through the Medicare prescription drug plan. Many adults seeking literacy, GED, or English as a second language services will benefit from this expansion of Medicare.
