2009-10 Academic Performance and Enrollment Goals

In order to meet NRS performance measures negotiated and approved by the Office of Vocational and Adult Education for fiscal year 2009-10, academic performance will increase from 53% to 56%, thus enrollment goals will not increase this fiscal year.  The 2009-10 statewide enrollment goal will remain at 50,000.  Click here for the enrollment goal for county programs.

2009-10 Performance Measures

The Office of Vocational and Adult Education, U.S. Department of Education, has approved KYAE’s 2009-10 performance measures which can be found by clicking here.

2009-10 GED Targets

The 2009-10 statewide GED goal, as set by the Council on Postsecondary Education, is 11,256. This statewide goal will increase every year to achieve the 2020 goal of 15,000 GEDs.  Please remember that, at this point, the county numbers are targets that each county needs to meet for Kentucky to accomplish its statewide goal. For now, KYAE has elected not to set county GED goals.  Please click here to see county targets.
