Important Announcement: Provider meetings and AERIN outage

KYAE has scheduled three important provider meetings, "Working Effectively with Policy Leaders," in November.  Agenda specifics will follow at a later date. 

At least one person from each county must attend; up to two staff members from each county may attend.  Please register for one meeting by completing the attached form and sending it to Toni.Quire@ky.gov by the deadline stated below.

Sessions are scheduled for convenience and to minimize travel costs by eliminating an overnight stay.  KYAE will provide lunch; list any special dietary needs on the attached registration form (338K DOC).  Driving directions are linked below.

The Commonwealth Office of Technology has scheduled preventive maintenance for state systems from 5 a.m. November 5 until 1 a.m. November 6.  As a result, the following Web sites will be unavailable during that time:

• AERIN
• kyae.ky.gov
• cpe.ky.gov

KYVAE and KYVU should not be affected and are expected to function normally.
