Content Standards

Content standards describe what students should know and be able to accomplish. Kentucky Adult Education is currently releasing a draft version of the Standards for Mathematics for NRS levels 1-5.  Content standards for reading and writing, as well as, college readiness will follow.  Designed for both the adult education instructor and the student, these draft standards provide a foundation (framework) of knowledge to enhance the ability of all Kentucky Adult Education students to attain their goals and improve their lives.
