THIS COURSE IS FOR NEW INSTRUCTORS AND PROGRAM DIRECTORS.
This TABE online facilitated course introduces instructors to the methods and responsibilities involved in planning and administering the TABE assessment. Participants will engage in peer discussion and online training activities. Topics include: the TABE resources, how to use the Locator, how to complete and use the diagnostic profile, how to score the TABE, how to convey results to the adult learner and TABE testing accommodations. The four-week (approximately 2 hours/week) course is NOT self-paced. Participants must complete each lesson within a seven-day window.
