Program Director Institute
Program Director Institute – Cultural Change: The Role of Leadership
KYAE is sponsoring a two-day Program Director Institute on April 14-15, 2010, at the Louisville Downtown Marriott (280 West Jefferson Street). The name of the institute is “Cultural Change: The Role of Leadership” and will focus on developing the knowledge and skills of local directors to be strong program leaders focused on quality instruction for their students. Institute sessions will cover issues faced and information needed by program directors in their roles as administrative and instructional leaders. Sessions will be held around themes such as administrative leadership, technology, adult education current trends and instructional leadership as well as other topics.
Participation in the institute is required and every program must be represented by a program director. In addition, each county may send one additional instructional leader. Programs with multiple counties must insure that one director and/or instructional leader from each county attend.
Registration is free and limited to KYAE-funded staff. Please complete the Program Director Institute registration form (92K DOC) for you and your staff.
